First, let me tell you a little about myself, my family, and the Kennel.

I am Vona McDougal, Owner / Manager of Red River Kennels, we are Located in Northeast Texas, about 15 miles from the Red River that divides Texas from the states of Oklahoma & Arkansas. I have two children, Dillon 20 and Sarah Kate 16. I've been involved with animals all my life, I grew up on the farm that I am now raising my Children on. I received an Assoc. Degree in Animal Science and Reg. Animal Technician license in 1988. For 10 years I worked in our local Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Tech. Assistant.

As the kennel grew, I decided to give up my work outside the home and I became 100% devoted to my family and animals. I have been breeding and raising Yorkshire Terriers for past 10 years.  We are a small kennel, and we don't always have puppies available. But we do offer a waiting list. Our dogs are 100% Disease Free.
