Deposit Agreement / Receipt


$100.00 deposit for puppies.
By The way of PayPal or Money Gram or Postal Money Order, Nonrefundable deposit holds the puppy you have chosen to adopt until puppy is ready to leave the kennel. Unless other arrangements are made or I'm delivering the puppy will be held up to 1 week after the date puppy can leave the kennel. After 1 week and no contact has been made by you or puppy has not been picked up it will be put back up for adoption and the deposit will remain nonrefundable. If reasonable, the pup will be held for an X number of days for (gift, birthday, X-Mass, going out of town, something unexpected comes up) I will work with you if at all possible. Note: If pup has to say longer than the original pick-up date and it comes time for its 3 rd and / or 4 th set of Vaccinations you will be responsible for that cost, of $20.00 each, all puppies will receive required vaccinations while kept at the kennel  No Exceptions!
(Vaccinations given at 5, 6, 8, 12, & 16 weeks).

If the puppy you have chosen to adopt dies, gets injured, develops a defect or incurable illness, while still at the kennel, your deposit will be refunded to you, or you can pick another puppy, whichever you prefer, I will contact you immediately.  If the pup has a known defect or injury and you decided to take the puppy at a price break there will be no guarantee for this particular problem or puppy. Please understand that the guarantee that will be provided with your puppy at the time of pick-up is only good providing that you have your puppy, a Puppy Wellness Check by your Vet with in 48 hours of pick-up or delivery.

If you understand and agree to this please complete and sumit form. Please be sure you are ready for a puppy in your life, before you place your deposit.  Deposits are nonrefundable....... By sumitting this form is the same as signing the contract.
