GUARANTEE & BILL OF SALE

This animal is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

All Puppies are registered with APRI - America’s Pet Registry, Inc.

Unless other wise stated.

1*For the protection of the Purchaser and Seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hrs of purchase. Failure to have Puppy examined within 48 hrs VOIDS this warranty. Any vaccinations given before the next due date VOIDS this warranty.

2*If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour exam and is unable to be medically treated, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given or you will be given a refund, this will be determined by Seller. To qualify for replacement or refund, you must return the puppy alive to the seller within 24 hrs of the exam. You must provide a signed document from the Veterinarian stating the problem. Registration papers given at the time of sale must accompany return. Seller reserves the right to acquire a second veterinary exam on returned puppy before any replacement or refund is given.

3*In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required with a Laboratory report backing the Veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by the Seller, if cause is unknown, an autopsy is required along with a Laboratory report. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanised without Sellers knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate action.)

4*We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia (You will have full instructions from me on how to handle a puppy with hypoglycemic tendencies), Coccidiosis, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hrs, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller.

5*Seller is not responsible for any Vet fees or medications incurred.

6*All puppies are registered with APRI - America’s Pet Registry, Inc. The dog you are purchasing is registerable by puppy papers provided with the APRI..

7*All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility.

8*Only deposits can be made by Personal Check. Final payment is to be Cash, M.O. or Cashiers Check ONLY. A $25 charge will apply on any type of returned check – NSF, closed Acct., Stop Payment, and ECT… No Personal CHECKS accepted on final payment.

9* Texas Law shall control this agreement and this transaction. Any legal proceedings will be handled in the State of Texas in the County of Red River. This written agreement is the entire agreement between seller and buyer of the animal concerning the health, condition, and/ or loss, and registration of the animal purchased today.

By signing this agreement, we acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as stated on this contract….. No other terms shall apply to this warranty than those stated on this contract. I have read, understood, and accept the conditions of this agreement.
